On 2nd November, Artistic Director Francesca Gilpin travels to Rwanda for the charity Dramatic Need to spend three weeks working with children in a rural school in Rwmagana, in the east of the country. She will be devising a series of workshops encompassing drama, movement and music, culminating in a performance by the children of the story they have made. The aim of these workshops is to use creative expression as a tool for conflict resolution, social development and gender empowerment in underprivileged communities.
